I had to show off Josh's new magnet board. I took an old wood window - sanded, painted and sanded again. Added some sheet metal and Viola! A great magnet board for Josh's bedroom. I thought it turned out pretty good. The best part - it didn't even cost me a penny!!! Next project - paint the armoire black to match.

Cute stuff! Where did you get the sheet metal? I have been planning on making a magnet board with an old frame.
Sharpe Heating and Air sells sheet metal. I have a special arrangement. I pay with homemade cookies :)
