Lost moments are found...

So I became adventurous today - I uploaded all of the pictures from my camera and my camcorder. I found some of this summer's lost moments...(sorry they're not in any particular order)...

Josh learned to pedal his bike. He still has a hard time getting going, but once he does - He's off! He decided that he wants to ride his bike to grandma's house. I think we need to work on just making it down the street.

We went to the Davis County Fair (I know, who would have thought we were the fair goin' type). We knew that Josh would love to see the animals, which he did! He was so brave, that he even fed and petted the animals. He was feeling so brave that he convinced us to let him ride the mechanical bull, T-Bone. His bravery only lasted a few seconds. "Whee", as he had the look of death on his face and his teeth clutched tight. He quickly begged us to get him off. He enjoyed riding the train and the boats, a little less scary for him.

Since we didn't take any vacations this year, we thought we'd have some fun day trips. A Staycation if you will. One of those days was a trip to Bear Lake. After the long drive, we had to stop for famous Bear Lake raspberry shakes and hamburgers. (OK, so I don't get the raspberry shake or the burger, Ryan does, but I still partook of the fabulous food.) Then it was off to the lake for some water fun and relaxation...

Not really part of the staycation, but still adventuring Utah...Josh and I went to the Ogden water park with friends. It's a fun little park that let's the kids cool off...
