Digital scrapbook...

I have been awful at posting ever since Addi was born.  Lucky for you, I decided to go digital on my scrapbooking, making it easier to share.  Hopefully I will throw in a few each month.  Here's some pics for January and February...

One year old..

Can you believe my baby turned one?!  Over the last year we went from this...

 She has grown up so fast!  She is walking and running all over the place.  She is starting to talk - lots of "mama", "dada", "nononono" (No), and "nanana" (Banana).  She is very dramatic.  I love watching her tantrums.  If she's not happy, she drops to the ground and wails her arms around.  Hopefully she'll outgrow this before it's no longer cute.  She is very observant.  She loves to stare at people.  She has the most beautiful big blue eyes.  They make me melt.  We love having a little girl in our house!

Scheels

 We went for a little road trip down to Sheels ( a new sporting goods store in Salt Lake).  They have a huge ferris wheel in the center of the store.  Unfortunately we have a fear of heights, so we didn't take a ride.  The highlight of the store is the "photo displays".  Josh and I had a blast with the camera.

First Day of Kindergarten

Sept. 4, 2012

well school has officially started.  I can't believe my baby is old enough for school.  For the first day, we went and met his teacher - Mrs. Maria (actually it's Sazatornil, but it's too hard to say, so we get to call her by her first name).  Josh and the kids got to play on the playground while the parents got all of the info.  He is in the Spanish Immersion program.  He'll spending half of the day learning in Spanish (math, science, etc)  and the second half in English (reading, English, etc).
He seemed pretty nervous before we left.  Once we got there he was loving it.  He had lots of friends there and a fun playground to play on. I'm sure that he will love kindergarten!

 Josh is notorious for stealing my camera.  He always takes the same pictures.  He thinks he's pretty funny.  Secretly, so do I :)

 

 

 

 

@ Six months...

 This week Addi turned six months old!  She has also learned to sit up by herself.  She started eating cereal puffs.  I can't believe how fast time is going. 

 This week was cousin Kira's birthday.  We threw a slip-n-slide party for her.  Cousins Kaitlyn and Allie also joined in on the fun.  Everyone had fun getting wet!

 Josh was so excited for his first Strawberry harvest.  He got three, yes count them three ripe strawberries.  Looks like the duck decoy we put in the garden fooled those robins :)  Josh said they were delicious!
